This policy explains how VPNRZ handles information while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Processing is limited to information necessary for account management, order fulfillment, service security, troubleshooting, and website operations. It applies to the VPNRZ marketing website, user panel, and service requests submitted through the panel.

Information We Process

Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. VPNRZ processes the username chosen by the user, securely handled authentication data, plan status, traffic usage records, and other necessary records related to account activity. This information is used to identify accounts, display subscription status, calculate available traffic, and handle login requests.

When a user submits a ticket, the ticket text, attachments, and replies are stored to help identify connection issues and continue service communication. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket. If a user voluntarily provides an email address, it is used only for communication and processing related to that request and does not change the rule that registration does not require an email address.

Orders and Service Records

Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, creation time, completion status, refund status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is processed to activate subscriptions, verify payment results, handle billing disputes, and apply relevant refund rules. Order records are not used to infer which websites a user has accessed.

Traffic records directly related to service delivery are used to display remaining plan allowances and determine subscription status. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. These records reflect usage only and do not include accessed content, web addresses, or message contents.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNRZ does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, search queries, message contents, or historical lists that could reconstruct specific access activity. The service does not combine destinations accessed through an exit route with accounts to create long-term browsing profiles.

To establish connections, assign routes, and identify anomalies, the system may process necessary technical data during a session, such as connection status, protocol errors, traffic counters, and server fault information. This operational data is used only for the current service delivery, security response, and troubleshooting. Once it is no longer needed for these purposes, it is cleared or de-identified and is not retained as a long-term connection log. Diagnostic information attached to a user-submitted ticket is managed as part of the ticket record.

Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage

The website may process page visit times, referring pages, browser types, device categories, page errors, and aggregated usage information to check whether pages load properly, detect abnormal requests, and improve navigation. Analytics are used for website operations and are not combined with route access content or used to create a list of the international websites a user has visited.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status, save language preferences, retain necessary interface settings, and support security checks. Authentication information may be stored in local storage on the user's device so the user panel can recognize login status. After signing out, clearing browser data for the website, or switching browsers, related local state may be removed and the user may need to log in again.

Third-Party Payments and Data Retention

VPNRZ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, which may collect information needed to complete the transaction under its own rules. VPNRZ receives payment results, order status, and necessary transaction identifiers but does not directly control data processing on third-party payment pages. Users should also review the privacy information provided by their chosen payment service.

Account and subscription data are retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order information is retained for the periods needed for billing reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable requirements. Ticket information is retained until the request is resolved and no longer needed for follow-up review. Analytics are aggregated or de-identified as needed for operational analysis. Once the processing purpose has been met, relevant data is deleted, anonymized, or restricted from further use.

Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can log in to the panel to view account, subscription, and order status. To correct account information, delete data that can be deleted, or close an account, users can submit a ticket through the user panel and specify the account and scope of the request. To prevent action by another person, users may be asked to confirm account ownership while logged in before processing begins. Information subject to order reconciliation, dispute handling, or applicable requirements may be restricted from processing for the necessary period rather than deleted immediately.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of information processing, VPNRZ will provide appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users may return to this page at any time to review the current version.
