Create an account
Open the VPNRZ account page, choose a username that is easy for you to recognize, and set a unique password. No email address is required. Your username and password will be the credentials you use to enter the user panel later. Before submitting, check the details carefully—especially letter case, keyboard input mode, and symbols in the password—to avoid sign-in problems caused by inconsistent input.
After submission succeeds, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the username and password you just set. Do not look for client configuration yet: the new account does not have an active plan, so the subscription area may show only account status or a link to the plans. First confirm that the username at the top of the panel is correct, then open the plans page. This avoids repeatedly refreshing subscription details before an order exists.
Your account credentials and the subscription link generated later serve different purposes. The username and password let you sign in to the user panel, while the subscription link delivers route configuration to the client. Store both in a trusted password manager. Do not paste the subscription link into public chats, forum posts, or shared documents. If you are preparing another device, sign in to the panel on that device or transfer the link through your own secure method.
Choose a plan and place an order
After signing in, open the plans page and decide between a monthly subscription and a data package based on how you use the service. Monthly options are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Usage can vary widely across everyday browsing, AI Tools, video calls, and Streaming, so base your choice on your actual frequency rather than the plan name alone.
If your usage is irregular, consider permanent data packages that do not expire until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages and monthly subscriptions are measured differently, so review the plan type, data allowance, and amount again on the order confirmation page. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Make plan changes through the plan entry in the panel instead of creating duplicate orders.
After confirming your choice, pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. When you return to the panel, check the order status and current plan first. If the page still shows the pre-payment state, return to the account overview and reload it instead of submitting the same order repeatedly. Once the plan is active, the overview will show usable subscription details, and you can continue by copying the subscription link.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and include 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. When using multiple devices, all traffic is deducted from the active plan on the same account, so choose a data tier based on combined usage across your regular devices. Devices do not need to be registered individually in advance; import the same account subscription separately on each platform.
Get your subscription from the user panel
Once the plan is active, open the user panel overview and find the copy option in the subscription section. The panel may offer client links, an import button, and the original subscription link. For a first-time setup, the client entry matching your platform is usually the quickest option. If you already have a compatible client, copy the link and import it manually there.
A subscription link is usually a long URL containing parameters that identify your account subscription. The format example in this guide is https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; it is intentionally fake and cannot connect. Get the real link from the VPNRZ user panel after signing in. This page does not display real subscription addresses or provide direct links to public installation packages.
After clicking Copy, you may paste the link into a temporary input field on your device to check that it is complete, but do not save it somewhere publicly accessible. The copied text should begin with https:// and contain no line breaks or missing characters. If the client reports an invalid link format, do not edit the text first—return to the panel and copy it again. Deleting characters, adding spaces, or replacing parameters will prevent the subscription from being recognized.
A subscription is not a static file that stays unchanged after one import. When routes are adjusted, the client needs to update its configuration from the original link. Most clients provide an “Update,” “Refresh,” or “Sync” option beside the subscription entry. After the first import, note where this option is located so you can use it when the route list is outdated instead of deleting the entire client configuration.
Import into clients on each platform
Before importing, use the client page in the user panel to get the client and instructions suited to your current system. VPNRZ provides client access only inside the user panel; this guide does not publish static installation links. After installation, return to this section and find the subscription management entry for your platform. The import logic is the same everywhere: add a subscription, paste the URL, save it, and update the route list.
Desktop subscription clients
On Windows, open the compatible subscription client obtained from the user panel and go to subscription or configuration management. Choose an option such as “Import from URL” or “Add Subscription,” then paste your personal subscription link into the address field. You can name it VPNRZ to distinguish it from other local configurations. Save it, run an update, and wait for the route names to appear on the main screen.
When the route list appears, return to the client home page, choose a route suited to your current task, and enable the system proxy or client connection switch. If the client offers rule mode and global mode, use its recommended default mode for the first verification. Detailed split-routing rules are beyond the scope of this page.
Menu bar subscription clients
On macOS, install the compatible client provided or recommended in the user panel instructions. The first launch may ask for permission to configure the network. Follow the system prompts, then open subscription management from the menu bar icon or client window. Choose the option to add a remote configuration by link, paste your personal subscription link, save it, and click Update Subscription.
After the update finishes, choose the target route from the route menu and connect. If the menu bar icon changes state but the browser still uses the old connection, fully quit the browser and reopen it. Do not run multiple clients with system proxy functions at the same time, as they may repeatedly overwrite the same network setting.
Mobile subscription clients
On Android, open a subscription-compatible client and find the add option in the side menu, configuration page, or subscription page. Choose URL import, paste your complete personal subscription link, and save it. Then select the new subscription entry and update it, confirming that the route list has loaded rather than creating only an empty name.
Choose a route and tap Connect. The system will request permission to establish a network connection. After confirming, a system network connection indicator will appear in the status bar. When switching networks on mobile, the existing connection may need to be re-established. If pages stop loading after switching networks, check the connection status in the client before changing routes.
System network configuration clients
On iOS, prepare a compatible app according to the client instructions in the user panel. Open it and go to subscription, configuration, or server management. Choose Add from URL, paste your personal subscription link into the relevant field, and save it. After the first import, update the subscription and confirm that regional and route names appear in the app.
When you choose a route and connect, iOS will request permission to add a network configuration. Complete the authorization in the system interface, return to the client, and check that the connection status has changed. If the connection drops after the app moves to the background, disable the system low-power restriction and reconnect. For more complex background issues, continue with the troubleshooting guide.
Connect and verify
After importing the subscription, update the route list once in the client, then choose a route for your current task. For AI Tools, prioritize a region where the target service is reliably accessible. For video calls, prioritize connection stability and a suitable path rather than switching frequently. For Streaming, choose a route corresponding to the content region. Route names indicate the region or type; no protocol parameters need to be changed for first use.
After clicking Connect, check that the client status changes to Connected, then open a new browser window and visit an IP lookup page. Note the exit region and compare it with the route selected in the client. If the exit details match the selected region, system traffic is using the current route. Then open the website or app you actually need and confirm that sign-in, page loading, and content access work normally.
Change only one condition at a time during verification. If a page will not load, keep the client and subscription unchanged and try another route. If there is still no response, update the subscription. Only then check the local network, system proxy, or DNS. Changing the client, route, protocol, and network environment all at once makes the cause difficult to identify and makes the issue harder to describe to support.
The same account can stay online on unlimited devices at the same time. To configure a second device, do not create another account; get the subscription from your own user panel and repeat the import process for that platform. You can choose different routes for different purposes, but use the same active entry provided by the account panel when updating the subscription.
Confirm that the subscription is updated, a route is selected, and the connection switch is active.
Use this site’s IP lookup page to check whether the exit region matches the selected route.
Open IP LookupReturn to the website or app you need to access and complete a real loading and sign-in check.
Locate the step first, then troubleshoot
If the user panel has no subscription details, the issue is usually still with the account, order, or plan status. Check the signed-in account and order result first. If the panel can copy a subscription but the client reports an import failure, check that the link is complete, that URL import was selected, and that the subscription entry has been updated. If routes are visible but cannot connect, investigate the route, local network, and system permissions.
A connection that works but cannot load pages, evening slowdowns, frequent disconnections, failed subscription updates, an app that does not use the current route, mobile background drops, and DNS issues all require a more detailed process than this page provides. Do not repeatedly delete accounts or place duplicate orders during basic setup. Open the troubleshooting guide by symptom and rule out subscription status, routes, protocols, the local network, and system settings one by one.
