Service Scope
VPNRZ provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Routes cover 100+ countries / 220+ routes. The regions available for connection, route types and client availability are subject to the information shown on the service page and in the user dashboard at the time of use.
The service delivers subscription access rights and corresponding route resources. It does not include end-user devices, network access environments or third-party website services. Users must provide their own internet-capable device and basic network connection. Third-party websites, applications and content providers have their own rules; their content, features and access policies are not controlled by VPNRZ.
Account & Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections and ticket actions performed through their account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared, and subscription information may not be publicly posted, distributed in bulk or used to resell the service.
There is no device limit for simultaneous connections on one account. This rule is intended for the account holder to manage and use their own devices; it does not permit account sharing or commercial distribution. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days.
Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages use different billing methods, so users should verify the plan name, traffic allowance and billing method before purchase. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they use the account, where the connected route is located and where the accessed service operates. Users must not use VPNRZ for unlawful activities, infringe others' legitimate rights or use the service to distribute illegal content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, access systems without authorization or engage in other conduct that may affect network or system security.
Users must not interfere with route scheduling, probe or attack service infrastructure, use automated programs to consume resources abnormally or attempt to circumvent normal account, subscription or traffic management mechanisms. Users are responsible for complaints, disputes or legal liability arising from their own conduct.
Service Availability & Disclaimers
Cross-border network connections may be affected by the user's local network, device configuration, route congestion, international link adjustments, third-party platform policies and maintenance schedules. VPNRZ maintains and schedules routes according to conditions, but makes no additional promise that any region, route or third-party service will remain accessible at all times.
Route maintenance, equipment failures, local network issues, third-party service changes or legally required measures may cause brief connection interruptions, speed changes or partial feature unavailability. Users should first check their local network, client configuration and subscription status, then switch to a suitable route. For events beyond the service's reasonable control, liability is determined under applicable law.
Account Termination & Refunds
If an account is used for resale, transfer, subscription sharing, malicious resource consumption, attacks on service facilities, unlawful activities or other serious violations of these terms, VPNRZ may restrict relevant features, suspend service or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Actions will be assessed with reference to route stability, other users' normal access and compliance obligations.
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the support ticket portal in the user dashboard, together with information needed to verify the relevant account and order. The refund commitment does not change the user's obligation to comply with these terms before submitting a request.
Changes & Governing Terms
These terms may be updated when the service, route environment or compliance requirements change. Revisions will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of VPNRZ after revised terms take effect means that the user has read and accepted them. If the user disagrees with a change, they should stop using the service and resolve any outstanding account matters.
These terms, the plan page, refund information and rules displayed in the user dashboard for specific features together form the service agreement. If information differs, the latest rule expressly listed for the relevant service takes precedence. Matters not expressly covered will be handled under applicable laws and regulations and reasonable service management principles.
